All orders over $200 ship free UPS/FedEx Ground in the lower 48 US States, under $200 flat rate $12.50. Choice of service is at our discretion.

Lead time to embroider and ship is 7-10 business days. Orders with no embroidery ship in 3-5 business days.

Please review size charts carefully. We can not accept returns/exchanges on embroidered items as they are made to order.

Not embroidered items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. For returns, you must email us for a return authorization and instructions. We will not be responsible for any items that were shipped back without an RA and following of return instructions. All returns must, without exception, be received back in brand new resale condition, with all tags still attached. We do not pay shipping for returns or exchanges.
